It already writes your next message. Now it also keeps track of everyone you are waiting on, and tells you when somebody answers. Every panel below is rendered by the extension's own code.
You are working LinkedIn The panel is shut. The number on the button is the only thing asking for you: two people answered and three are owed a chase.
You open it Everyone you have talked to, sorted so whoever needs something is at the top. You typed none of this.
You tap a row Four buttons, and every one of them is a thing Dear Alli cannot work out by reading LinkedIn: a calendar, a coffee, a park, a dead lead.
You open the conversation It reads the thread. The spinner and the wording say which part it is on, and the button will not take a second press, because every press is a paid draft.
It writes your next message The read first, the draft second, and a copy button. This half is what Dear Alli has always done.

Dear Alli cannot see a reply until you open that thread and capture it. Waits are counted in working days, so a weekend never reads as being ignored.

Alli's next reply
Toronto born and raised. Sounds like 360 has been a real run for you. What is taking most of your attention there at the moment?
Did this lead anywhere?
When somebody replies
Off until a coach switches it on. One alert, for one moment.

Open Dear Alli and capture the thread for your next move.
Never for a follow up reminder. Never while you are looking at LinkedIn.
Every weekday at 9am
In Slack. Running since June.

Conversations that have gone quiet
You have 3 conversations that have gone quiet. Open each one and hit Capture in Dear Alli: if they replied, I'll draft your next move; if they're still quiet, I'll give you a way back in.
• Marcus Tran, quiet 9 days (open thread)
• Kira Cort, quiet 5 days (open thread)
• Nadia Farouk, quiet 4 days (open thread)
These are threads where your last message hasn't had a reply since you last checked.
What fills itself in
A CRM is a set of empty boxes waiting for you. This is the opposite: it is read off the conversations you are already having.
They replied
They wrote back and you have not answered. Top of the list, every time.
Waiting on you
You spoke last and heard nothing. Counted in working days, so a message sent Sunday night is not two days ignored by Tuesday morning.
Talking
A conversation that is running. Nothing to do today.
Call booked
The one thing you tell it, because it cannot see your calendar. It stops chasing and reminds you the day before.
Gone quiet
Chased to the end of the run with no answer. It stops, rather than nagging forever.
