Dear Alli reads the LinkedIn conversation you show it and writes you a reply. To do that it keeps a record of what you asked and what it said back, so the next answer knows the history. That record is yours. No other customer can reach it, and you can have all of it deleted whenever you want.
| Notion | Your coach profile, and the conversations you have worked through. In a workspace owned by Go To 11 Communication Strategies, Toronto, Canada. |
| Netlify | The app itself, plus short term storage for a draft while you are waiting for it, and for your own scoreboard numbers. |
| Supabase | The function log: which function ran, how long, its status code and token counts, keyed to your coach id. Never the text of a message. |
These are the companies Dear Alli passes your text to in order to work. Nothing is sold, and nothing is shared with anyone else.
| Anthropic | Writes the draft. Every message you send goes here. Anthropic keeps what it receives for up to 30 days under its API terms, then deletes it, and does not train on it. |
| OpenAI | Only when you send a voice note. It is transcribed to text and the text is what Dear Alli reads. |
| Slack | The private review channel where every conversation and draft is mirrored, read by Kenny and by Alli Rizacos of Authentic Results. Also the legacy channel for the few coaches still on Slack. |
| Supabase | The function log described above. Timings and counts, never message text. |
| Authentic Results | Alli Rizacos of Authentic Results reads the review channel to correct the drafts and train the coaching. |
| Resend | Sends you your access code and account email. Your address only. |
| Stripe | Takes the payment. Card details go straight to Stripe. Go To 11 never sees or stores them. |
Dear Alli learns from patterns across all coaches. Your actual conversations are never shown to anyone else. When a draft is corrected, the model learns from the shape of the situation and the corrected reply with names removed.
No other customer, on any plan, can read your conversations. That is enforced in the code and checked automatically before every release: your profile and your history are looked up by an identifier that belongs to you alone, a draft is only ever returned to the coach it was written for, and if two customers ever share a name the system refuses to show either of them any history rather than risk showing the wrong one.
Ask, and everything above is removed: your profile, every conversation, every draft, your scoreboard. Notion keeps deleted records in its own trash for thirty days, after which they are gone. Everything held outside Notion is gone immediately, with two copies that run out on their own: Anthropic's, within 30 days under its API terms, and the function log in Supabase, which holds timings keyed to your coach id and no text. One copy takes longer: your drafts are mirrored to a private review channel so the coaching can be checked, and that channel is not cleared by hand. It holds ninety days, so each draft in it goes on its own within ninety days of being written.
For as long as your account is open, because the history is what makes the coaching get better. When your account closes we delete everything within thirty days, whether you ask or not. You do not have to chase us to be forgotten. Ask sooner and it goes sooner.
Email kennysolway@goto11.ca. Deletion, a copy of your data, or a question about any of the above. For deletion there is also a page: dearalli.goto11.ca/delete-my-data. It takes your pairing code or your email, confirms by email the same minute, and the request is listed every day until it is done. A cancelled account is deleted after thirty days whether you ask or not.
