In effect from 30 August 2026. Dear Alli is operated by Go To 11 Communication Strategies, Toronto, Canada.
Fourteen days, no questions. If Dear Alli is not for you, tell us within fourteen days of your first payment and we refund it in full. After that, cancel any time and you keep what you have paid for until the period runs out.
Cancel whenever you like. Two ways: use the billing link in any receipt from Stripe, or reply to an email from us and we will do it for you the same day.
Cancelling stops the next payment. It does not cut you off on the spot. You keep working right through to the end of the period you have already paid for, and access ends when that period does. A monthly subscriber cancelling on day 3 has the rest of the month. An annual subscriber cancelling in month 2 has the remaining ten.
First fourteen days. Full refund of your first payment, for any reason, including no reason. Ask and it is done.
After fourteen days, monthly. We do not refund a month already under way, because you have had the use of it. Cancel and you are not billed again.
After fourteen days, annual. Tell us you want out and we refund the whole unused months, rounded in your favour. Somebody cancelling in month 3 of twelve gets nine months back. You are not stuck with a year you cannot use.
If something was broken. If Dear Alli was not working and we could not fix it, you get your money back for the affected time whatever the calendar says. Ask.
An account closed for the reasons listed in the terms: automating Dear Alli, running it through scripts, or reselling access.
We process refunds the day we hear from you. Stripe returns the money to the card it came from, which usually lands within five to ten business days depending on your bank. You get an email from Stripe when it is on its way.
Reply to any email from us, or write to kennysolway@goto11.ca. Tell us the address you subscribed with. You do not have to give a reason, and you will not be talked out of it.
